Sketchcrawl! July 11, 2009
I’ll be participating in the 23rd Sketchcrawl event. Join me on Saturday July 11th in Boston (Massachusetts) as we stroll along the Freedom Trail and draw & paint.
No experience is necessary. Just bring a smile and something to sketch on/with. Recommended: A small spiral bound sketchbook and a pen, or a pencil & eraser.
And, oh yes, wear comfy footwear. We’ll be walking a lot!

Update (Sunday 12 July): The sketchcrawl was amazing fun! I sketched until after lunch. By then, the Tall Ships events were so busy, I did better to record the day with a camera… when there were breaks in the crowd.
I’ll scan my work and upload my photos tomorrow (Monday).
Meanwhile, here’s how one pier looked, from the water shuttle that I took from Charlestown to Long Wharf.
