As a long-time mailartist, I love to send free artcards (aka ACEOs) to people who ask for them. My artcards – the ones sent as postcards – are generally around 4″ x 6″.
Some may looks like… well… whatever I’m working on, at the time. (The featured image, above, shows art from cards already sent.)
Or like this experimental piece…

That’s a one-of-a-kind mixed-media artcard, about 4″ x 6″. (It was already sent to someone. In fact, that was one of ELEVEN Moon-themed artcards – each of them free, original art – that I sent to friends.)
When all were sent, I created this installation-style poster, which is now available at Fine Art America, one of several sites where I’ll be featuring my fine art prints, using the name I was born with: Eileen Morey. (I adopted the name “Aisling D’Art” in the early days of the Internet, when it was especially smart for women to protect their privacy… as it is now, of course.)

But, some future artcards might not be unique, original art. For example, some might be a mini-print of one of my paintings, signed and numbered. Or a print from my work as a photographer.

As of March 2026, I’ve received a LOT of requests… as I’m also working on a bazillion other projects. So, I’m currently sending about five (5) one-of-a-kind cards each week. (As of mid-March, the waiting list is about 30 people.)

NOTE: Your card may or may not reach you (after all, it is the postal system) or it may or may not arrive clean and intact.
But, IF you’d like to receive one, send your postal mailing address to: artcards3 @ aisling.net
NOTE: I will NOT share your address with anyone else, or with any companies, etc.
Similarly, this ONE postcard is all you’ll receive from me. (In other words, I won’t spam you or fill your mailbox with junk mail.)
ALSO NOTE: I’ll be sending cards to U.S. friends first. International cards will be sent as time/whim/budget permit.
And yes, these are FREE for everyone who asks.
IMPORTANT: Your actual card may be very different from the ones shown on this page. All that I can promise is: The art or photo will be original, created by me, and signed on the front or back of the postcard. This IS real art!

And, because people ask why I do this, here’s the reason: It’s fun.
Also, throughout my life, I’ve also seen that when I send out analog freebies… artcards, zines, newsletters, etc., I’m more successful as an artist.
As I see it: If fresh doors open, that’s great. If not, I’m okay with that, too.
This is all about fun.
